Dr. Paimany is Board Certified in
Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Nuclear Cardiology. He received his training at SUNY Health Sciences Center in Brooklyn and completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Hospital.
His Cardiology fellowship was completed at the SUNY Health Sciences
Center at Stony Brook. During this time, Dr. Paimany participated in clinical trials in the area of heart failure, which remains one of his chief interests. In addition, he has multiple publications in the areas of ventricular tachycardia, (cardiac arrhythmias) cardiac c-reactive protein, and 3 dimensional echocardiography.
His professional memberships include the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of NY, the American College of Physicians and the American College of Cardiology.
