Dr. Albert Schenone received his B.S. in Life Sciences and his D.O. in Medicine from the New York Institute of Technology in 1986. He graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1989.

After an Internship and Residency program at Winthrop University Hospital, Dr. Schenone remained at Winthrop, where he completed his Fellowship in Cardiology in 1996. During this time, he served as an Assistant Clinical Instructor at Stony Brook School of Medicine and retained a position on the Quality Assurance Committee in Cardiology at Winthrop Hospital.

Dr. Schenone is recognized by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Cardiovascular Diseases. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American Medical Association.

Since 1996, Dr. Schenone has been a senior partner at Long Island Heart Associates. His areas of specialization include Coronary Artery Disease, Nuclear Medicine, and Cardiac Catheterization.
